·Give the opportunity by the end of the second year to, at least, 1000 "young staff member and researcher to enhance their capabilities in higher education and scientific research
·Implement "new" researchers and staff members inside the Egyptian Higher Education and Scientific research Society
·Exchange of ideas, networking and mutual cooperation with developed institutions all around the world
·Active participation of Egyptian researchers in international research programs
·Support the creation of a category of "excellent" researchers in Egypt that would enhance the base of Scientific Research in Egypt
·Support the creation of Center of Excellences inside Egyptian Universities and Research centers
·Participate in the enhancement of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt
·Enhance the ownership to Egyptian Higher Education and Scientific Research institutions by the development of adequate environment for research and enhancing the mutual benefit between the institution and the beneficiary (the young staff or researcher)
