• Proposals must be submitted electronically, using Our ONLINE APLLICATION FORM that is found on our website http://www.mhesr-initiatives.org/parown
• Proposals arriving at the PAROWN STAFF by any other means are regarded as ‘not submitted’, and will not be evaluated.
• You can save any updates to your proposal by clicking “SAVE” button in each step
• Once you click “submit your application form” button you cannot EDIT any details, you can only view your application material.
• On submission, our system performs an automatic validation of the proposal. An automatic message is sent to the applicant if the system detects any apparent problems. This automatic validation does not replace the more detailed eligibility check later carried out by our administrative department.
• There is an overall limit of 3 Mbyte to the size of any uploaded file. There are also restrictions to the name you give to any uploaded file. You should only use alphanumeric characters. Special characters and spaces must be avoided also the file must me in a JPG or GIF format.
• If successfully submitted, the applicant receives a message that indicates that the proposal has been received, with a confirmation code generated automatically for further tracking.
