A complete application consists of the joint electronic application form for which you need to prepare the following:
1. An acceptance letter from the Host Professor showing that the research or studies are feasible and can be conducted in his country. The Acceptance letter should state the title, time frame and objectives of the projects. (To be uploaded in the field appointed for it on the electronic application form.)
2. Endorsement letter from the home university or research institute. (To be uploaded in the field appointed for it on the electronic application form.)
3. Status of declaration issued from the home university or institute. (To be uploaded in the field appointed for it in the electronic application form).
Your applications will have the following procedures:
• Pre-selection application forms can be filled out electronically on the ParOwn Website http://www.mhesr-initiatives.org/parown.
• The deadline of the submission of an application is at the 30th of November 2008.
• Applications received after the deadlines and incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Applicants will be informed on the ParOwn Website about the pre-selection result
• Applicants who passed the pre-selection will be invited to an interview; the date of the interviews will be published on the ParOwn website also each applicant will be informed by e-mail.
• The interviews will take place at the premises of ParOwn Office
• After the interviews, and according to the budget of the grant, a certain number of grants are given to applicants
• Reasons for the decision taken by the ParOwn committee cannot be given
• Applicants who are granted will be informed about the committee's decision by e-mail.
The results will be also published on the ParOwn Website and the date of receiving award letters will be announced.
