Once the deadline of submission is reached, all submitted proposals are evaluated on a competitive basis with respect to the following criteria :
• Quality of the Application
• Relevance to Higher Education Enhancement and Scientific research Strategy of Egypt
• Quality of the Host institution
• Envisaged follow-up measures by the grant applicant
